A few years back, a good friend of mine offered me a female pit bull, Yama's "Tinkerbelle". At the time I didn't think much of his warnings about how this litter was "special". He told me these dogs were bred from the old school lines by older men who only bred the best of the best. He said that originally he planned on keeping her, but his other female was not so willing to have her around. I decided to grab her. From five (5) weeks old, I could tell this bitch was special and the older she got the more evident it became. "Tinkerbelle" was bred (or inbred), Gr.Ch. Garner's "Spike" and Garner's "Miss Molly" on the top. The bottom is bred similar with Ch. "Whitehead" used as an outcross. Also, some old Greenwood blood was thrown into the mix: Ch. "Homer", Ch. "Black Sabbath", etc. This bitch has proven to be one-of-a-kind on hog hunts showing extreme ability and gameness. She is proof of how a real bulldog should perform in every way.
